Mr. Gaztambide is our Vice President of Construction with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He leads our Project Construction and execution teams in completing Lump Sum, Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk projects.
Mr. Gaztambide comes with a broad Construction Management Background in a variety of disciplines including Highway / Bridge construction, Small and Large Diameter Pipeline projects, Higher Education, Midrise Buildings, Transportation Tunnel Construction, High End Residential & Commercial Construction and most recently Water / Wastewater Treatment.
Mr. Gaztambide takes pride in building cohesive and functional project teams that can perform and manage all kinds of tasks that comes their way. Leads teams by example on all aspects from safety & self-performing work to managing subs. Expects projects to be planned ahead in a team setting so everyone is kept informed, onboard and accountable. Always looking for an edge in the building strategies, systems and execution of the work. Leads the charge on complex & challenging projects that require expertise and experience. Keep teams informed of new construction practices and equipment to make the company more productive.
