Mr. Sullivan is our Project Engineer with over two years of experience in the construction industry. He has either managed or assisted in completing Lump Sum, Design-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk projects up to $6 million dollars.

Mr. Sullivan’s construction process can be broken down into three phases. The most critical phase includes the job set-up and procurement phase. This phase includes; formation of the P6 Primevera Critical Path Schedule, creation of schedule of values and budgets for payment and job costing, project buyout including insurance of purchase orders and composing subcontracts, obtaining proper local, state and federal permitting, and in depth review of submittals and shop drawings.

During construction, or the second phase, his responsibilities include; enforcement of FDC’s safety policies, confirming proper work implantation and creation of RFIs, managing purchase orders and subcontractors, timely delivery equipment and materials, updating; schedules, submittal logs, pay applications and budgets.

The last phase which is just as critical as the job set-up phase includes project start-up and closeout. This entails; coordination of manufacturer’s representatives services with the completion of work, onsite start-up of complex water and wastewater systems with operating flows, coordination of closeout documents and completion of punch lists.

Mr. Sullivan has a number of projects completed as a Project Engineer including the Atlantic Sapphire Salmon Farm and the Seminole Hollywood Ground Storage Tank projects. Mr. Sullivan also completed the East Central Regional Facility Air Blower Installation as a Project Manager.
