Scope: |
The Mullins Water Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation project for the City of Coral Springs consisted of the rehabilitation of the existing Mullins Water Booster Station including demolition of existing facilities and equipment; miscellaneous architectural improvements to existing booster station building; miscellaneous structural improvements to existing booster station building; upgrades to the HVAC system serving the existing booster station building; furnish and install four (4) horizontal split case pumps; yard piping; process instrumentation and controls; electrical improvements; sitework and restoration; surface preparation and painting of all surfaces as specified; refurbishment and installation of existing city-owned 300 KW generator system; furnish and install new access gate system complete turnkey, ready for controlled access operation; and furnish and install door access and site security improvements. |
