Scope: |
The South Water Reclamation Facility FOG & Septage Receiving Stations project for Orange County consisted of the construction of the Orange County Utilities South Water Reclamation Facility Fats Oils and Grease (FOG) and Septage Receiving Stations. More specifically, the project provided a FOG receiving station and upgrades/rehabilitation of the adjacent existing septage receiving station, as well as provided two (2) digester gas flow and quality meters in the digester building. The work included a FOG containment area consisting of new containment tied into the existing containment area, building slabs capable of supporting equipment, a roof over the FOG receiving station, FOG equipment, two (2) digester gas flow and gas quality meters installed into existing digester gas piping and tied into SCADA, added equipment and modifications at the existing septage receiving station, and recoating all existing equipment and piping at the septage receiving station. |
