Scope: |
The Hollywood Reservation Ground Storage Tank project for the Seminole Tribe of Florida consists of construction of facilities including a 1.6 million gallon ground level water storage tank; high service pump station; sitework, stormwater and yard piping, process piping and site utilities; earthwork; instrumentation and electrical services; as well as, tie-ins, valves, and surface restoration. The 1.6 MG above ground storage tank work included the necessary soil improvement by jet grouting, undeground piping, 4.5' thickened-edge foundation slab, assocaited field instruments and coatings. The high service pumps work included installation of two (2) - 1500 gpm horizontal split-case service pumps and one (1) - 3000 gpm diesel engine driven pump including all necessary components. The chemical feed equipment work included the labor, equipment and materials required for the construction of the complete chemical feed equipment with leak detector, metering pumps, mixers, tanks, water quality station, sampling pump, tubing and other required components. The plant yard piping work included the installation of buried and exposed piping, insetion and tapping valves and other specials necessary for the yard piping. Instrumentation work included the installation of required SCADA components including fiber optic network for remote monitoring. Electrical work included furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of all electrical components and connections for the tank, service pumps, control valves, Variable Frequency Drives, Motor Control Center, utility power and lighting, standby emergency generator docking station and accessories for a fully functional project. The project also included precast wall fencing, motorized entrance gate, as well as, non-motorized entrance gate. |
